Summer Reading Program: Register Next Week
Pierre Rawlins Library will offer Oceans of Possibilities in coming months with its Summer Reading Program. The ocean-themed agenda has activities planned for preschoolers, grade schoolers and those in middle and high school.
Registration for the program opens Monday, May 16 and can be completed online at rawlinslibrary.org or by visiting the library. The schedule of events is below.
BUBBLE SHOW
Thursday, June 2, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
The program will officially kick off on Thursday, June 2 with a Bubble Show. The family-friendly show integrates fire, fog, and cubes into blowing bubbles. The show starts at 6:30 p.m. at the YMCA gym.
READING, CRAFTS, AND GAMES
June 6 – July 29, 1p.m. – 2p.m.
- Mondays: Teen programming
- Tuesdays: Pre-K – 1st Grade programming
- Wednesdays: 2nd-3rd Grade programming
- Thursdays: 4th -5th Grade programming
STORYTIME AT THE PARK
