It might not feel like golfing season right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t give the gift of golf this Christmas.
Passes are now available for the 2022 season at Hillsview Municipal Golf Course. Season passes can be purchased online at CityofPierre.org or at Pierre City Hall. An early payment plan that allows payments to be spread over six months can be used to purchase season passes. Passes purchased prior to March 1 include a free 18-hole round of golf.
Additionally, the Pro Shop will have holiday hours on Saturday, Dec. 18 and Sunday, Dec. 19 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Those golfing Hillsview during the 2022 season will benefit from some new investments at the course. New mowers that provide a better quality of cut will be in use. The advanced features of the mowers are designed to optimize the green speed with a better cut quality. Additionally, the 20-year old computer program that controls irrigation is being replaced to improve watering operations.
Hillsview Golf Course is a 175-acre, 18-hole, par 72 championship municipal golf course.
