Rawlins Municipal Library invites you to help spread holiday joy this year.
The Library has set a goal of providing 100 Christmas cards to those living at a local nursing, and they want you to help make the cards. Here is how it works.
Anytime during the month of November, patrons can stop by the library to pick up a card kit. The kits include a card and materials for decorating it. Individuals are encouraged to draw on the cards, write messages and sign their names. Once people are done designing the card, it should be returned to the front of desk of the library. The library will then deliver the cards to the nursing home patients.
People of all ages are encouraged to participate. Cards kits must remain in the library, and all cards need to be completed by Nov. 30. The library will be closed Nov. 10-11 and Nov. 23-24
