GOLF Membership Payment Options

  • Online Credit Card Payment: Golf Memberships can be registered through our online system, using a credit card payment. Online Registration
  • Paid in person at Hillsview Golf Course. Using this form. Membership Form (PDF)
  • Monthly ACH from bank account: To sign up for automatic monthly payments thru June, please complete the above form and deliver to City Hall. Auto-payment memberships cannot be processed through the online registration system.
