Emerald Ash Borer (EAB)

The Emerald Ash Borer has not been detected in Pierre. However, the City of Pierre adopted a response plan for when it is detected in Hughes County.  Until then, the City of Pierre encourages you to read this document about protecting the local tree population from EAB.
