CTAP Inventories:
Community Threat Assessment Protocol – Tiffany informed the Board that the Department of Agriculture will be looking for a firm to inventory the public trees of 40 communities. This will be a 2 year process. Arbor Board was asked for their input on what area(s) of town to have inventoried, in addition to the parks. Tiffany said it could be between 10 and 15 road miles. It was suggested to inventory the Historic District. This area would have the largest concentration of mature trees / cost to City to remove. Tom will work with the Engineering department and get the maps/information to Tiffany.
