Christmas Trees
The City of Pierre
works in cooperation with EnviroTech Waste Services
and the City of Ft. Pierre to provide options for
the disposition of Christmas trees. In an effort to
assist residents with the disposal of their
Christmas trees roll off boxes are placed at various
locations for approximately 1 to 2 weeks. For this
year the boxes will be out December 25th through
January 2nd.
Garbage Collection Services will not
pick up Christmas trees on their regular garbage
routes. Christmas trees may be disposed of in one of
the 5 drop boxes listed below.

PLEASE - CHRISTMAS TREES ONLY
- NO TRASH, TREE STANDS, WIRE, DECORATIONS, ETC.
Boxes will be placed at the above sites December
25th through January 2nd. There will be a drop off
area at the Pierre Solid Waste Facility after that
date.
