JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS

Section 10-7-101. Junk or salvage yard - License.
It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to own or operate a junk or salvage yard as defined in Ordinance 12-1-101(46), or conduct auto wrecking as defined by Ordinance 12-1-101(6), without first having obtained a license to do so.

Section 10-7-102. Junk or salvage yard fees.
The license required hereunder shall be for one year and the fee therefor shall be $10.00 annually. Application for and revocation of license shall be as provided in Ordinace 10-1-101 to 10-1-107, inclusive, and failure to abide by zoning regulations shall be cause, but not only cause, for revocation of license.
