Section 2-1-101. Designating city limits and legal boundaries.
The following are the limits and boundaries of the City of Pierre, as laid out and established:
Beginning at a point where the north line of Section 30-111-79 intersects the Missouri River; thence east along the north line of Sections 30, 29, 28 and 27 to the west line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22-11-79; thence north along the said west line to the north line of the SW /4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22-111-79; thence east along the said north line to the southwesterly side of Lot A in the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22-11-79; thence northwesterly 29.45 feet along the southwesterly side of said Lot A to the west corner of said Lot A, thence northeasterly 30.0 feet along the northwesterly side of said Lot A o the west line of the NE 1/4 or the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22-111-79;
